  1. Get 5 of boiled eggs.
  2. Provide 2 tablespoon of oil.

  4. Take 1 of chopped onion.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin.
  2. Add onions and stir till golden brown. Add garlic,ginger & chilli paste & cook for 3 minutes..
  3. Add in the coriander and tomato purée let it simmer. Add all dry spices and let the curry come to boil..
  4. Cut eggs into half and lay them on the curry. Cover eggs with the curry using your cooking spoon. Let it simmer for a few minutes and it’s ready to be served. Best served with rice 🍚.
