Then put garlic ginger paste cook for 2-3 mins, now add the boiled vegetables and tomatoes in it salt and stir nicely, cook for 3-4 mins then add the cooked dal in it and with a hand blender mash it nicely so that everything is nicely mixed..
  4. Adjust it's consistency according to your need, check salt.then on low flame let it cook for 10-15 mins stirring in between..
  5. Now turn off flame.in another tarka pan-fry 3 tblsp of chopped onion in ghee and put over the cooked dal keep in covered for 10mins.lastly sprinkle roasted cumin powder stir nicely, and serve..
