  3. Use 1 of onion chopped.

  1. In a kadhai take oil add mustard, cumin, hing. Then add turmeric, onion,curry leaves and saute. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute.
  2. Add cucumber and salt, sugar and cook for 2-5 mins..
  3. Add futana dal powder and mix and cook for another 2-5 mins with a stir inbetween.
  4. Once the mixture turns soft and dry it's ready.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and Ready to serve.
