  2. Take 100 gms of pea split/matardal.

Steps to make Dal  dhoka:

  1. At first, boil peas in cooker and mash it by mixing with gram flour..
  2. Add all masalas 50% in the mixture except turmeric. Now mix it well and flattened a plate in round shape keep for 2 -3 hours..
  3. Cut into desired pieces and fry on tawa with required oil..
  4. Then boiled masor dal..
  5. Add chopped tomato ginger and chilli paste in mixer grinder..
  6. Then add oil add in kadhai,add lal mirch and hing. Add the mix paste in oil and saute it add salt also. Then add rest of the masala in dal.
  7. Mix the dal with all masala and boil it with water in kadhai..
  8. Add ghee and garam masala in dal..
  9. Lastly put the masor dal in bowl and add the dhoka in masor dal..
  10. Serve it roti and rice with onion and chilli..
