- Prepare 10 of strawberries.
- Take 1/2 of pineapple.
- Prepare 1 of excellent quality dark chocolate (70%) bar.

- Wash and cut the fruit. Don't cut the strawberry leaves off like I did - much better to leave them on and then you can hold onto them when dipping in the chocolate. Much less messy and slippy....
- Put water in a large pan. Put a smaller pan inside. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in the small pan. Gently melt the chocolate over a moderate heat..
