- Soak the chala dal in water for 8 hours..
- Drain out the water and clean it..
- Make a paste of it..
- Make another paste of green chilli, ginger, anise,hing..
- Take 2tbsp white oil in a pan and heat it..
- Add black cumin and dal- paste..
- Add another paste and mix it well..
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt to it..
- Now the stuffing is ready..
- Take maida, sugar, salt and white oil,water in a bowl and knead it..
- Make small sized dough from it and stuff it..
- Roll it in round shape..
- Take adequate amount of oil in a kadai..
- Keep the puries in a container. Now it is ready to serve with any kind of curry..
