  1. Provide 50 gms of soya flour.
  2. Prepare 4 tsp of ghee.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain.
  4. Use 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper.
  6. You need 1 tsp of rock salt.
  7. You need 1 tsp of chaat masala.
  8. Use 1 cup of water approx.

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Add water & make a smooth dough. It should neither be too hard nor too smooth. It should be just like a puri that can be flattened on palm. Make small balls & roll them on a plastic sheet. Take a fork & prick holes. Cut into strips across giving shape of square. Pre heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins. Cook chips for 8-10 mins on same temperature till crispy brown..
