- Provide 2 cups of Quick Oats.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Dates.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mix nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, & Cashews).

- Take 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds.
- Get 1/2 tbsp of flax seeds.
