  1. In 2 tbsp butter fry the onions ginger and garlic till golden.
  2. Take it out and fry cashew and make a fine paste of these fried onions and cashew.
  3. Cut the paneer in cubes.
  4. Take out all the dry masala.
  5. Mix curd onion paste dry masala well and add paneer and keep it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Heat butter in kadai add the marinated paneer and cook till it leaves oil.
  7. Add kasoori methi and off the gas.
  8. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh cream and chopped coriander.
