The ingredients needed to prepare Parfait:

  1. You need 400 gr of double cream.
  2. You need 100 gr of soft cheese.
  3. Take 5-6 tbsp of icesugar.
  4. Use of Some biscuits.
  5. Take of Dark chocolate.
  6. Prepare of Some berries (I used strawberries).

Steps to make Parfait:

  1. First break biscuits and great some dark chocolate. As well I used frozen strawberries so I dis frozen them and cut in pieces..
  2. After lightly whip the cream until just holding its shape and add soft cheese and sugar mix well and add biscuits, chocolate, strawberries and mix well. Transfer to the metal or silicon tray and put in the freezer for 3-4hours! After that ready to eat! Enjoy!!!.
