  3. Heat butter in a pan.Add chopped onion, carrot,beans,capsicum.Cook them for 5 mins.Do not add the greens of spring onion..
  4. Add salt to taste and ajinomoto (optional) to the vegetables.Mix well and then add pepper powder and rice to the vegetable and toss well.Here we can add soya sauce and tomato ketchup also.But I did not used it in my recipe..
  5. Remove from stove and garnish with spring onion greens and coriander leaves.Serve hot..
