  1. Prepare of White/yellow maize/ corn.
  2. You need of Millet.
  3. Prepare of Guinea corn.
  4. Use of Ginger.
  5. Get of Clove/ kanafuru/kanaperi.

Steps to make Pap/ Akamu:

  1. Soak your corn/maize, millet& guinea corn separately for 3 days. Change the water daily.
  2. Cook your soya beans for 10-15 min or soak overnight, wash/ pound to peel the back..
  3. Wash your soaked corn, add your wash soya beans, add clove, add ginger..
  4. Take to grinding machine and grind to smooth..
  5. Mix your ground paste with enough water and sieve to separate from chaff.
  6. Allow to settle for some hours or overnight, drain water away.
  7. Put in plastic bags or plastic and refrigerate or keep on table top and change water daily..
