- Use 3 cups of cake flour.
- Provide 1/4 tsp of soda bicarbonate.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.

- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of margarine.
- You need 1 cup of castor sugar.
- Take 4 of large eggs.
- Provide 1 cup of coconut milk.
Instructions to make Classic Bundt Pound Cake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and dust an 8" bundt pan and set aside.
- Sift together twice the flour, soda, and baking powder to ensure full incorporation. Set aside.
- Cream sugar and margarine until light, fluffy, and doubled.
- To the creamed mixture, add the eggs (one at a time). Make sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Do not add the next egg if the mixture still looks cuddled/split.
- Stir n your flavouring.
- Add the flour alternating with the milk to the creamed mixture. Do this in atleast 4 additions and do not overmix. Always start and end with the flour for a much stable cake batter.
- Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for 45minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
